Our Program:
We help remove barriers to home ownership for those who struggle to buy a home due to a lack of down payment or financing constraints.
You will pay a mortgage that is within your budget, while we provide a second mortgage at 0% interest to cover the gap.
Enjoy the peace of mind that comes with stable housing, where your monthly payment is capped at 30% of your income at the start of the program. This allows you to keep more of your earnings for savings, investing in education, and other priorities.
To Qualify:
Demonstrate Need: Be living in unsafe, unsuitable, or unaffordable conditions, or have difficulty obtaining a conventional mortgage independently.
Demonstrate ability to contribute: Have the ability to pay a mortgage that is up to 30% of your income, with a household income ranging from $64,500 to $130,000.
Demonstrate Partnership: Be willing to partner by volunteering, engaging in homeowner education, and serving as an ambassador within the community.
