Community Bonds

Habitat for Humanity Guelph Wellington is issuing Community Bonds, in pursuit of grassroots social financing for our upcoming build projects.

Habitat builds quality homes, and we support families in the pursuit of affordable homeownership.

With Community Bonds, we can come together to build affordable housing, by our community, for our community.

Community Bonds provide

  • Investors with a fixed rate of return over a defined term
  • Habitat for Humanity with seed financing for projects
  • An opportunity to partner in creating meaningful social impact

All Bonds are secured by second mortgage, registered against Habitat for Humanity Guelph Wellington Housing Properties. A Bond Certificate and Trust Agreement forms the Community Bond legal documentation package.
