Habitat GW is issuing Community Bonds, in pursuit of grassroots social financing for our upcoming build projects.

Habitat for Humanity Guelph Wellington builds quality homes, and we support families in the pursuit of affordable homeownership.

With Community Bonds, we can come together to build affordable housing, by our community, for our community.

Community Bonds provide

• Investors with a fixed rate of return over a defined term of the project
• Organizations like Habitat for Humanity with seed financing to get their projects off the ground
• Investors and Community Organizations an opportunity to partner in creating meaningful social impact

Total Community Bond Offering: $5 million

Current Raise: $1.4 million

All Bonds are secured by second mortgage, registered against the Properties. A Bond Certificate and Trust Agreement forms the Community Bond legal documentation package.
