The introduction the “Investor” opportunity gives the ability for community stakeholders to choose the type of support which is suitable for their situation and it is allowing Habitat to build many more homes.

Sustainable Social Investing represents a relatively new approach to an old investment option – private financing for multi-residential housing units.

You may not wish to invest yourself, but with the connection you have to the community you may know of an individual, business owner, professional or possibly a private pool/fund that would like to put some idle cash to work and receive a competitive risk adjusted rate of return.
