About the ReStore
The ReStore is a retail business selling new and gently used furniture, home decor items, appliances, kitchen cabinets, antiques, building supplies, and more. We operate two ReStores in our area – Guelph and Fergus. Our ReStores are proudly owned and operated by Habitat for Humanity Guelph Wellington.
Shop at the ReStore
The ReStore is an amazing place to shop! Every visit to the ReStore is different, and every purchase helps support our home-building projects in our community.
Online Shopping available on our Guelph and Fergus ReStore Facebook pages. Please contact our stores by phone to purchase, and pick up your purchase at our Donation Centre (back door) entrance, during business hours.
Did you know that we now offer delivery? For a small fee, we will deliver your new purchase right to your front door! Ask at the checkout counter, or when you are calling in an order, for more information.
Donate to the ReStore
Moving or downsizing and have items you no longer need? Planning a renovation? Is it time to de-clutter and renew your space? Instead of tossing your unwanted household items, donate them to the Habitat ReStore and do something good for your community and the environment!
We gratefully accept donations of new and gently used household items that are clean and in working order. Check out a list of items we accept here. You can drop off your donation at the receiving doors at each of our ReStores during our posted receiving hours.
We also offer a free pick-up service to make donating to the ReStore easy! This service is recommended for large or multi-item donations. It is important that donations be easily accessible and following current safety protocols (i.e. outside the home – utilizing porches, driveways, lobbies and garages whenever possible).

While optional, we ask that you consider making a monetary donation upon completion of your successful pick-up to help us cover the various costs involved in offering this free service.

- DROP OFF: Choose the location nearest you – Guelph or Fergus – and please only drop off during official Donation Centre hours.
- REQUEST A FREE PICK-UP: We will gladly arrange a time with you when we can pick up your acceptable donations. Arrange a PICK UP here.
- Kitchen Salvage Service: Let our skilled Kitchen Salvage Crew dismantle and remove your old kitchen for FREE! Learn more about our Kitchen Salvage service here.
