As a Habitat ReStore customer, you can save on purchases of used furniture, used appliances, renovation materials, flooring, lighting, cabinetry, kitchen and bath fixtures, and much more!

Moving or downsizing and have items you no longer need? Planning a renovation? Is it time to de-clutter? Instead of tossing your unwanted items, donate them to the Habitat ReStore and do something good for your community and the environment!
When you donate items to our ReStores, you’re helping Habitat for Humanity Guelph Wellington provide affordable housing opportunities to families in need of a safe, decent and affordable place to call home. You’re also helping the environment by recycling perfectly reusable household items and providing them with a second home, reducing your environmental footprint!

Renovating your kitchen? Donate your “before” kitchen to the Habitat ReStore!

The ReStore is a retail business selling new and gently used furniture, home decor items, appliances, kitchen cabinets, antiques, building supplies, and more.
We operate two ReStores in our area – Guelph ReStore and Fergus ReStore. Our ReStores are proudly owned and operated by Habitat for Humanity Guelph Wellington.
Research shows that owning a home provides substantial benefits to the individuals, families and community. For every $1 invested in a Habitat build development, there is a $4 benefit to society (Transforming Lives, The Social Return of Habitat’s Work in Canada). Families have reported increased employment quality, a reduction in the use of food banks by 60 per cent, improved health, greater engagement in their community, and a better educational outlook.
Yes – we accept furniture donations and more at the Guelph ReStore and Fergus ReStore. We also offer pick-up services for certain donations. Accepted donations can be reviewed on the Donate to the ReStore page.
