- Are you interested in learning more about co-housing as an emerging model of retirement and affordable housing in this magnificent setting?
- Are you interested in participating in the planning of a new co-housing project with Habitat for Humanity?
Habitat for Humanity Guelph Wellington is exploring the redevelopment of the Orchard Park building at the Ignatius Jesuit Centre, to provide an array of housing solutions; among them, senior’s housing and senior’s co-housing.
On October 24th, we shared an evening of conversation with Margaret Critchlow author of Community Led Housing: A Cohousing Development Approach to join us in Guelph. Margaret has led the development of co-housing projects across the country and is a resident of one herself. Margaret delivered a presentation and Q&A with participants. We will post a recording of this event soon.
