Cityview Village
Cityview Village is a vibrant and connected community comprised of three stone-and-brick buildings, all with energy efficient designs and features.
Fergus
Garafraxa Village
This Fergus property sits within the Fergus Urban Centre. It will accommodate 22 habitat families units and 10 market units through affordable stacked townhomes.
Guelph
Speedvale Avenue
This site will be redeveloped to accomodate 30 residental units.

Habitat for Humanity Guelph Wellington bridges the gap for families who live in inadequate, unsafe, and/or unaffordable housing and want to become a homeowner. Homeownership can provide social and financial stability to families, which opens up possibilities for your future and the future of your children.

Volunteer with us
You don’t always need a hard hat and a hammer to volunteer with Habitat for Humanity! Whether you’re working in the ReStore or supporting administration, every volunteer role plays a crucial part in the success of our mission.

The Restore
The ReStore is a retail business selling new and gently used furniture, home decor items, appliances, kitchen cabinets, antiques, building supplies, and more. We operate two ReStores in our area – Guelph and Fergus. Our ReStores are proudly owned and operated by Habitat for Humanity Guelph Wellington.
